If you use this website on behalf of a company, brand, supplier, restaurant, bar, hotel, retail store, or other business, you represent that you are authorized to act on behalf of that business.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use this website.

2. About RICO Arizona

RICO Arizona is a boutique Arizona spirits distributor operating through a licensed Arizona wholesale channel.

RICO Arizona focuses on selected tequila, mezcal, and shelf-stable spirits brands for licensed Arizona trade accounts.

RICO Arizona does not sell to consumers through this website.

RICO Arizona does not operate a public alcohol marketplace.

RICO Arizona does not launch with beer, wine, RTDs, hard seltzers, refrigerated products, cream-based products, or perishable products.

3. Trade-Only Website

This website is intended for:

Approved spirits suppliers
Approved brand representatives
Licensed Arizona restaurants
Licensed Arizona bars
Licensed Arizona hotels
Licensed Arizona retail stores
Other approved Arizona trade accounts

This website is not intended for consumer alcohol purchases.

Public visitors may view general brand, portfolio, pricing, and application information. Wholesale pricing, ordering, inventory details, and product availability are available only to approved licensed Arizona trade accounts.

4. Age and Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old to use this website.

By using this website, submitting information, or requesting access, you represent that you are at least 21 years old and legally permitted to interact with alcohol-related trade services.

All retailer orders, if accepted, are sold by RICO Arizona through its licensed Arizona wholesale operation.

6. Brand Applications

Brands may apply for review through the website.

Submitting a brand application does not mean:

The brand is approved
The brand is accepted into the RICO Arizona portfolio
RICO Arizona has agreed to distribute the brand
RICO Arizona has agreed to purchase inventory
RICO Arizona has agreed to provide sales support
RICO Arizona has guaranteed any sales, placement, account activity, or retailer purchase commitment

RICO Arizona may approve, waitlist, decline, or request more information from any applicant at its sole discretion.

RICO Arizona is curated and does not accept every brand.

7. Supplier Authority and Primary Source of Supply

By submitting a brand application, you represent that the applying entity is the primary source of supply, or the properly authorized representative of the primary source of supply, for the submitted brand.

You also represent that the applying entity has authority to sell product to RICO Arizona and appoint RICO Arizona as an Arizona wholesaler for the submitted products.

RICO Arizona may require supporting documentation, including but not limited to:

TTB Basic Permit
COLA / label approvals
Brand ownership documentation
Importer documentation
Exclusive agency agreement
Primary-source authorization letter
Supplier license documentation
Brand appointment paperwork
Product price list
Sell sheet
Product images

RICO Arizona may reject, suspend, or remove any brand if supplier authority, product documentation, licensing, or compliance status is incomplete, unclear, expired, inaccurate, or unacceptable.

8. Shelf-Stable Spirits Only

RICO Arizona is currently focused on tequila, mezcal, and shelf-stable distilled spirits.

RICO Arizona is not accepting the following at this time:

Beer
Wine
RTDs
Hard seltzers
Hard kombucha
Cider
Cream liqueurs
Refrigerated products
Perishable products
Short-code-date beverage products
Consumer packaged beverages outside our spirits focus

Submitted products must be shelf-stable distilled spirits or shelf-stable spirit-based products that can be stored in RICO Arizona’s licensed wholesale warehouse without refrigeration, cold-chain handling, or perishable storage.

9. Product Flow

All alcohol products sold through RICO Arizona must flow through RICO Arizona’s licensed wholesale operation.

Brands may not use this website or program to ship directly to Arizona restaurants, bars, hotels, retail stores, buyers, or consumers.

The intended product flow is:

10. Program Fees

RICO Arizona may publish public brand program pricing, including Arizona Access, Arizona Growth, and Arizona Partner programs.

Published pricing is for informational purposes and does not create automatic approval, acceptance, or distribution.

Brand program fees are paid to RICO Arizona for bona fide wholesale services, which may include:

Wholesale appointment administration
Supplier and compliance file setup
SKU setup
Private trade catalog setup
Inventory administration
Special-order administration
Reporting
Market-support services, where included

Opening inventory is purchased separately under a product invoice.

Standard wholesale margin applies to product sold through RICO Arizona.

11. What Program Fees Do Not Buy

Program fees do not buy:

Guaranteed sales
Guaranteed case volume
Guaranteed retailer acceptance
Guaranteed restaurant placement
Guaranteed store placement
Shelf placement
Menu placement
Tap placement
Display placement
Exclusivity
Retailer purchase commitments
Account meetings
Buyer commitments
Sales velocity
Renewals

Any market-support services are services only. They do not guarantee outcomes.

12. No Retailer Payments or Incentives

RICO Arizona does not provide brand-funded payments, credits, rebates, rewards, gifts, incentives, or things of value to:

Restaurants
Stores
Buyers
Bartenders
Managers
Retail employees
Retail representatives

Brand fees are paid to RICO Arizona as company revenue for wholesale services.

No portion of brand fees is paid, credited, rebated, transferred, or otherwise provided to any retailer, retail employee, retail buyer, bartender, manager, or retail representative.

13. Brand Responsibility

The brand remains responsible for:

Product quality
Supplier authority
Product documentation
Accurate product information
Accurate pricing information
Reliable supply
Brand assets
Sell sheets
Product education materials
Market demand generation, unless specific market-support services are included in the selected program

RICO Arizona provides the licensed Arizona wholesale channel, inventory administration, trade catalog access, special-order administration, retailer invoicing, fulfillment, delivery, and reporting based on the selected program.

RICO Arizona does not guarantee that Arizona buyers will purchase, list, carry, menu, display, promote, reorder, or support any product.

14. Trade Buyer Access

Licensed Arizona trade accounts may request access to RICO Arizona’s portfolio, pricing, product details, ordering process, or private trade materials.

Requesting trade access does not guarantee approval.

RICO Arizona may approve, deny, suspend, or revoke trade access at any time.

15. Retailer Orders

Approved trade buyers order from RICO Arizona, not directly from brands, through this program.

All retailer orders are subject to:

Compliance review
Order acceptance by RICO Arizona
Payment approval
Delivery availability
Applicable law

RICO Arizona may reject, cancel, modify, hold, or delay any order for compliance, inventory, payment, operational, or legal reasons.

Any brand payment, onboarding invoice, or program invoice will be issued only after RICO Arizona reviews and approves the brand and applicable program terms.

18. User Submissions

If you submit information, documents, images, product materials, logos, sell sheets, price lists, product descriptions, or other materials through this website, you represent that:

The information is accurate and complete
You have the right to submit it
It does not violate any third-party rights
It does not contain misleading product claims
It does not contain unlawful content
It may be reviewed by RICO Arizona for business and compliance purposes

You grant RICO Arizona a limited right to use submitted materials for application review, portfolio evaluation, internal records, compliance review, brand onboarding, trade catalog setup, reporting, and communication with approved trade accounts, subject to any signed agreement between you and RICO Arizona.

19. Product Images, Brand Names, and Trademarks

Brands retain ownership of their trademarks, logos, product images, trade names, and brand materials.

By submitting brand materials, you authorize RICO Arizona to use those materials for application review, portfolio display, trade catalog placement, sell sheets, product education materials, wholesale-related communications, and reporting, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

RICO Arizona retains ownership of its name, logos, website design, website copy, trade materials, program names, systems, processes, and other intellectual property.

You may not copy, modify, scrape, republish, distribute, or commercially exploit RICO Arizona website content without written permission.

20. Confidentiality of Submissions

RICO Arizona will use reasonable efforts to treat submitted brand and trade information responsibly.

Do not submit highly confidential information unless required for review or requested by RICO Arizona.

RICO Arizona may share submitted information with:

Attorneys
Accountants
Compliance consultants
Technology providers

Inventory or logistics providers
